Refund Policy

SHQ is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. A refund or exchange can be provided if a product is faulty or not as described. For example, if the product:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the description or doesn’t function as described
  • has a fault that cannot be easily fixed

SHQ assumes no responsibility for items lost and/or damaged caused by Australia Post or other couriers. We recommend all customers select a postage option that includes Extra Cover provided by Australia Post or other couriers. Additional costs may apply.
