Refund Policy

Product Sales

SHQ is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind but we will provide store credits or exchange if an item has major problem such as:

  • the product has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had know about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the description
  • doesn’t do what we said it would and the item can’t be easily fixed

SHQ assumes no responsibility for lost items and for damage caused by Australia Post or other couriers. For orders over $100 we recommend the selection of Extra Cover postage.

Courses

Cancellation or rescheduling must be requested in writing by emailing us at [email protected] and must be received more than four (4) weeks before the commencement of face-to-face courses to be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation or rescheduling of courses with more than four (4) weeks notice will incur an administration charge of $50 plus GST.

Online courses are non-refundable.

Supervised Clinical Attachment

Rescheduling of supervised clinical attachment if requested in writing by emailing us at [email protected] and must be received more than 6 weeks before the commencement of the first session is at no charge.

Cancellation more than six (6 )weeks before the commencement of the first session will incur an administration charge of $50 plus GST.

Cancellation or rescheduling with less than six (6) weeks’ notice of supervised clinical attachment will forfeit the practicum fees for each session cancelled or rescheduled.
